Autism Services Program
The Easter Seals Southern Nevada Autism Services Program provides the highest quality of services to families of children 18 months to 8 years of age, living with autism. We work with families striving to provide their children with the tools needed to be independent and successful at home, school and community. This will be accomplished through in-home ach child should have an individual plan for treatment that includes goals incorporating all aspects of a child’s life. instruction, parent training and peer socialization opportunities.

Program Overview
The goal of intervention through the ESSN Autism Services Program is for children to develop to their fullest potential including areas of language and communication and social skills. Successful intervention can result in less restrictive and more inclusive services in the school as well as a higher level of independence and participation in their families and communities.
Behavioral Approach
Our teaching methods are derived primarily from the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Research has shown that ABA can be used as an effective teaching methodology to help children with autism reach their fullest potential. Our highly-qualified staff undergoes ongoing training to ensure that they are kept up-to-date on the principles, practices and trends in applied behavior analysis and autism.
