Child Development Center: Providing a Learning Environment for Children and Peace of Mind for Parents
- Easter Seals Southern Nevada serves children aged six weeks to 18 years who cannot function in a typical child care setting. Low child to staff ratios, an inclusive environment and excellent facilities promote the best opportunity for children to grow into full community participation. It is the only child care service of its kind in Nevada.
Early Intervention: Creating a Family Centered Approach to Planning
- Research proves that early intervention and individualized service contributes directly to the later success of children and families. Easter Seals Southern Nevada offers a family centered approach to working with children who have special needs ages birth to three years. The services provided to our families occur in their natural home environments.
Autism Services Program: Providing Services to Families of Children 18 months to 8 years of age, Living with Autism
- Easter Seals Southern Nevada Autism Services Program provides the highest quality of services to families of children 18 months to 8 years of age, living with autism. We work with families striving to provide their children with the tools needed to be independent and successful at home, school and community.
Assistive Technology: Providing People with Disabilities with Tools They Need
- Assistive Technology provides people with disabilities the tools they need to access employment, education and recreation and with those needs met, the road to independence is achievable. Easter Seals Southern Nevada's CEO has sixteen years experience in the assistive technology field and the program director has been providing assistive technology services for four years, forming great relationships with providers in southern Nevada.
- Easter Seals Southern Nevada offers full service employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and special needs. Services range from pre-employment assessment and job training to competitive job placement and follow along to ensure long term, successful employment.
Supported Living: Providing Support for Community Living
- Easter Seals Southern Nevada provides the support necessary to enable persons with disabilities and special needs to live independently in the community in their own homes. Easter Seals Supported Living also helps provide the support for families to keep their family member with disabilities or special needs in the family instead of institutional placement
Adult Day Service: Anticipating the Needs of Adults with Disabilities and Older Adults
- Easter Seals Southern Nevada offers adults and seniors with disabilities and special needs the opportunity to experience community activities that will maximize their self help, socialization and daily living skills. For most of the participants, Easter Seals Adult Day Services represents their only community opportunity
Family Respite: Providing a Break When Needed
- Easter Seals Family Respite provides families with a family member with disabilities or special needs the opportunity for relief from the day to day, 24 hour care of that special needs family member. Families make their own respite arrangements and are reimbursed by Easter Seals Southern Nevada for their expenses.
- Easter Seals Information and Referral provides the information and, where appropriate, referral to community resources to help meet the individual needs of the child and adult with disabilities and their families seeking services.

- Easter Seals Southern Nevada equips individuals to meet the challenges of transition and realize success in achieving their life's goals.
